Manufacturer warranty

Equipment supplied by QastRay is covered by the warranty terms of its manufacturer or supplier (for example Panda, Elegoo, Roket and UP3D). The warranty period and coverage can differ from one product to another, and they are confirmed in writing when you purchase.

What is usually not covered

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use of non-approved materials, and normal wear of consumables and wear parts. Please check the specific terms of your product.

How to request service

Contact us with your proof of purchase, the product name and serial number, and a description of the issue, through WhatsApp (+201097095059) or email (info@qastray.com). Our maintenance engineers will guide you on the next steps.
